How Does A Briquette Machine Work?
A briquette machine uses a motor that transmits power via a V-belt to a reducer. The reducer then transmits power to a drive shaft via a coupling, simultaneously transmitting power to two rollers. These rollers rotate in opposite directions. As the rollers rotate, the material is evenly mixed and mixed through a storage hopper before entering the ball molds on the rollers.
As the rollers rotate, the pressure on the material gradually increases. When the material reaches the line of contact between the rollers, the pressure reaches its peak. Under this immense line of pressure, the material transforms from powder to finished balls. Once the material passes this line, the forming pressure rapidly decreases, allowing the material to enter the de-balling state, resulting in smooth de-balling.

Coal Briquette Making Machine Solution

Step 1: Pagdurog
The SMAT ballast line has two types of mga crushers: hammer crushers and compound crushers.

A hammer crusher is a multi-functional and highly efficient grinding equipment that can grind resources such as coal, carbon, and minerals into smaller and more uniform particles. The fine particles obtained can be better compacted and bonded in the balling process. A hammer crusher is an important piece of equipment in the balling production process; the output can be selected from 0.5 to 50t/h.
Compared with a hammer crusher, a compound vertical crusher can crush bigger size raw material, and the output can be 8-30t / h. You can choose the above according to your own output demand, or contact our sales to get a better suggestion.
Step 2: Paghahalo
The mixer loads the raw materials (charcoal, coal, mineral powders, etc.) and the additives (binder and water) into the mixing discs, the proportions of which are crucial for the final product you want to obtain. The principle of operation is to combine the two actions of rolling and mixing to achieve adequate mixing and compaction. The mixed material is then ready for the next stage of production.

Step 3: Briquette

Step 4: Drying
If you are in a natural environment that is too humid, or if you are pursuing a higher output efficiency. Consider adding a dryer to your production line. The whole dryer has a larger heating area and can dry wet materials quickly and evenly. It can dry 0.5-30 t / h, and it can also accurately control the temperature, airflow, and residence time, which is convenient for you to better control the output.
