YGM Mill Structural Features
The YGM mill is fully equipped with a hammer crusher, bucket elevator, storage silo, vibrating feeder, micro-powder mill, variable frequency classifier, dual cyclone collector, pulse dust removal system, high-pressure fan, air compressor, and electrical control system.
Main Unit
The grinding roller assembly is suspended on a plum blossom frame via a cross-arm shaft. A 1000–1500 kg high-pressure spring is installed at the outer end, forming a three-point floating pressure system (spring-grinding roller-grinding ring). The spring length can be adjusted after wear to maintain a constant grinding force.
Grading System
Cage-type or turbine-type analyzer with variable frequency drive and stepless speed regulation, allowing for adjustable mesh sizes from 80–1000. Aerodynamically optimized blades achieve a grading efficiency of ≥90%.
Airflow and Dust Collection
