So for the crushing process of hard stones, which equipment should be selected?
In fact, among the common crushers on the market, jaw crushers are often used as coarse crushing equipment, while cone crushers and impact crushers can be selected for medium and fine crushing. Among them, cone crushers can be used to process stones with higher hardness, and impact crushers are used to process materials with lower hardness. 1. Crushing process of 400 tons of granite per hour
Granite is one of the materials with higher hardness. If the production capacity is required to be 400 tons per hour and the feed is less than 700mm, the production line configuration that can be selected is ZSW600x130 vibrating feeder, PE900x1200 jaw crusher, HXHP500 cone crusher, 4YK2460 vibrating screen (2 units), and several conveyors. The biggest advantages of this configuration in production are simple operation, low energy consumption in production, and good environmental performance;
2. Crushing process of 800 tons of basalt per hour
Basalt is also a common stone with high hardness. In crushing production, 800 tons per hour is required. The equipment that can be configured is as follows: vibrating feeder, CJ150 jaw crusher (1 unit), SC560 single-cylinder cone crusher (1 unit), multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (2 units), vibrating feeder (1 unit), circular vibrating screen (3 units), belt conveyor (10 units). The advantages of this configuration of the production line are mainly as follows: high degree of automation, large production capacity, low operating cost, etc.
