Founded in November 1988, SMAT MACHINERY is a large-scale joint-stock heavy machinery processing enterprise, integrated on the basis of the former Zhengzhou Machinery Group’s No. 1 Machinery Factory and No. 2 Machinery Factory.

SMAT - Service
To provide customers with the most cost-effective products and solutions is the motto of SMAT. In order to obtain a better experience for customers, SMAT developed the “SMAT Standardized Service Regulations (SSR)” in 2001. The SSR clearly state that after each customer establishes contact with SMAT or any of its employees for the first time, he will naturally enjoy SMAT’s 5S standardized service process standardization (ie. : Standardization of service attitude, standardization of service language, standardization of service actions, standardization of service content); SMAT implements the first-inquiry responsibility system. Whether it is pre-sale, in-sale or after-sale, receptionists must give customer feedback quickly and accurately.
SMAT - Manufacturer
At present, SMAT owns 4 processing workshops with a total area of 300,000 square meters. The fifth processing workshop will be commissioned in 2023.
The workshops are equipped with more than 500 sets of large-scale processing tools, such as large-scale CNC cutting machines, CNC machine tools, vertical lathes, horizontal boring machines, robotic welding machines, combined boring machines, deep-hole boring machines, surface sandblasting machines, and test benches. The equipment configuration has reached the domestic upper level.
SMAT - AI
SMAT obtained the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification in August 2003, and passed the ISO14001:2004 environmental system certification in March 2009. The AI intelligent control system can complete the quality control of the whole process from raw material procurement, R&D design, manufacturing, finished product delivery, to installation.
The company has built a domestic first-class quality inspection and inspection center, equipped with multiple inspection instruments such as material testing, hardness testing, non-destructive testing, and dynamic balance.
SMAT - Technology
SMAT has a provincial-level enterprise technology R&D center recognized by the Economic and Trade Commission of Henan Province, and employs more than 40 professors and scholars as consulting experts to engage in equipment technology research and integrated program design. SMAT obtained 9 national invention patents.
SMAT has a technical team of more than 100 people, of which more than 40 are senior engineers, who design customized equipment and solutions according to customer project requirements.
