What is A Stone Crushing Plant?
A crushing plant, also known as a rock crusher, is a complete, one-stop crushing unit. It processes bulk materials such as ore, construction waste, or natural rock through multiple stages of crushing (coarse, medium, and fine) and screening, ultimately producing sand, gravel, aggregate, or other usable graded products that meet particle size requirements.

It is usually installed on a concrete or steel structure foundation and has no mobility or is difficult to migrate.
Fixed crushing station, also known as fixed crushing and screening station, refers to a complete set of equipment that fixes crushers, feeders, vibrating screens, conveyor belts and other equipment on a concrete foundation or steel structure platform for continuous crushing and screening of ore, rock, construction waste and other materials. Stationary crushing plant has no mobility or is difficult to migrate, and is suitable for long-term, large-scale crushing operations.

According to the use cycle and migration capacity, fixed crushing station can be divided into:
- Fully fixed crushing station: Fully stationary crushing plant will not be migrated during the entire service life of the mine, with a long construction period and large investment;
