Concrete Mixer: The concrete mixer is the heart of a concrete batching plant, and its components are crucial. Its design, quality, and performance directly determine the quality, efficiency, and lifespan of the concrete.
Batcher: The batcher is the central metering unit for concrete mixing, directly determining the quality of the concrete mix and production efficiency. The three silos are two gravel silos and one sand silo. (The two gravel silos are large and small.)
Screw Conveyor: The screw conveyor is the “artery” for powder material transportation in a concrete batching plant. Its reliability directly affects the efficiency of conveying powder materials such as cement and fly ash. For example, at Station 25, its screw conveyor has a diameter of 219mm, one 8m long and one 5.3m long, and a power of 11kW.
Cement Silo: The cement silo is the “raw material heart” of a concrete batching plant, directly impacting powder material storage safety, environmental compliance, and production continuity. For example, Station 25 has two 50-ton cement silos.

2. Leading Metering Accuracy
Dual-speed coarse and fine feeders plus a three-point suspension sensor independently weigh sand, stone, cement, water, and admixtures. The system’s dynamic error is ≤±0.3%, meeting the stringent technical specifications for high-performance concrete mix proportions in high-speed rail, nuclear power, and other applications.
3. Excellent Environmental Protection and Enclosure
The fully enclosed steel structure features a covered conveyor corridor, a pulse bag filter on the silo roof, and negative pressure dust collection in the ground silo. Dust emissions are ≤10 mg/m³. The sand and gravel separation and slurry water recovery systems achieve zero emissions, making it easy to obtain national green building material certification.

The SMAT concrete mixing plant utilizes a twin-shaft mainframe in parallel or multi-line configuration, allowing a single station to scale up to 480 m³/h. Its large-capacity steel silo supports storage of 10,000 tons of cement and fly ash, providing continuous, uninterrupted feeding of 3,000 m³, making it suitable for pouring large foundation raft slabs in one go.
