The finished product particle size is in the range of 60-325 mesh (0.125 mm-0.044 mm), and the maximum fineness of a some materials can reach 1000 mesh (0.013 mm) according to needs.

Structure of raymond miller system
The Raymond roller mill system is composed of main engine, classifier, pipeline device, blower, cyclone, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, vibrating feeder, etc. Among them, the Raymond roller mill is composed of main frame, air inlet volute, blade, grinding roller, grinding ring, cover and motor.

Working principle of raymond roller mill
The working process of the mill is to drive the central shaft to rotate through the transmission device. The upper end of the shaft is connected to the plum blossom frame. The frame is equipped with a grinding roller device and forms a swing fulcrum. The grinding roller itself rotates due to friction. The lower end of the plum blossom frame is equipped with a shovel blade system, which is located at the lower end of the grinding roller. During the same rotation of the shovel blade and the grinding roller, the material is shoveled and thrown into the ring of the grinding roller to form a bedding layer, which is generated by the rotation of the grinding roller. The outward centrifugal force (that is, the extrusion force) crushes the material, that is, the purpose of milling is achieved.

Q:How the Raymond mill ensure final powder fineness?
The classifier drives the blades on the turntable to rotate through the speed-regulating motor and decelerates to form a classification effect on the powder. The speed of the blade speed is adjusted according to the size of the finished powder. When it is necessary to obtain finer-grained powder, the rotating speed of the blade must be increased to increase the contact between the blade and the powder, so that the unsatisfactory powder is thrown by the blade to the outer wall and separated from the airflow, and the coarse powder falls into the air due to the action of self-gravity. The grinding chamber is re-ground, and the qualified finished powder is sucked into the cyclone by the blade along with the airflow. After the airflow and the powder are separated, the powder is collected.
