Vibrating Screen

What is a vibrating screen?

SMAT YK type vibrating screen
The YK type vibrating screen is designed with reference to the structure of the USK screen machine of the former West German KHD company and absorbs the advanced technology of screen machines in the United States and Japan. What is circular vibrating screen?

The large stones are evenly fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder through the silo for crushing. Several different specifications of stones are screened out. The stones that meet the particle size requirements are sent to the finished product pile by the finished product belt conveyor. The stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for re-crushing, forming a closed-loop multiple cycle. The finished product particle size can be combined and graded according to the needs of the user. In order to protect the environment, auxiliary dust removal equipment can be configured.
What are the characteristics of circular vibrating screen?
Circular track vibrating screen can be used for various screening operations. Due to the circular vibration of the screen surface, the material on the screen surface is constantly turned over and loosened, so the circular vibrating screen has the following characteristics:

1. The fine particle size has the opportunity to move to the lower part of the material layer and be discharged through the screen hole.
2. The material stuck in the screen hole can jump out to prevent the screen hole from being blocked.
3. High screening efficiency.
4. According to the particle size of the material, the inclination of the screen surface can be changed, thereby changing the movement speed of the material along the screen surface and increasing the processing capacity of the screen machine. If there is no special requirement, the factory supplies it at an inclination of 20°.
5. For difficult-to-screen materials, the main shaft can be turned over, so that the vibration direction is opposite to the material movement direction, and the material movement speed along the screen surface is reduced (when the screen surface inclination angle is the same as the main shaft speed) to improve the screening efficiency.
