Cone crusher is one of the most popular aggregate production equipment, and it is an important equipment in medium and fine crushing process.
Cone crusher includes: spring cone crusher, symons cone crusher (component cone crusher), single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher.

Working principle of cone crusher
When the cone crusher is running, the motor rotates around the main shaft fixed on the frame through the pulley, the transmission shaft and the conical part under the force of the eccentric sleeve, and the rolling mortar wall is fixed on the adjusting sleeve. As the conical part rotates, the mantle sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the concave. After the material enters the crushing cavity from the upper feeding port, it will be crushed by the mutual impact force and extrusion force between the mantle and the concave. The material that finally meets the particle size is discharged from the discharge port.

How to adjust cone crusher’s discharge size ?
The spring and Symons cone crusher discharge opening is adjusted by rotating the adjusting ring, and the threaded lifting adjusting ring connected with the support ring drives the concave installed inside the adjusting ring to move up and down to adjust the discharge port.
For Multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, The adjusting cap is adjusted by the hydraulic pusher or the hydraulic motor, thereby driving the adjusting ring to rotate in the support sleeve (the fixed concave moves up and down) to achieve the adjustment effect. The advantage of this adjustment method is that the discharge port is easy to lock.
For single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, during normal operation, the oil pump is used to inject or discharge oil into the main shaft cylinder, so that the main shaft moves up or down (the main shaft floats up and down), and the size of the discharge port is adjusted.
